Job Description – Full-Time Regular
Position responsibilities include supervising and managing the activities of the Guest Services Department which include the Club Advantage and the Guest Services department staff.
A high school education or equivalent is required. A minimum of two years supervisory experience in a customer service environment is required. Supervisory experience must include people management and computer experience.
Position requires a solid understanding of customer service and satisfaction techniques along with knowledge in PC applications and related software. Applicant must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, delegation, problem solving and management skills. Must be able to manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with diplomacy and tact and maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations as necessary.
