Woody’s Bar & Grill Supervisor

Job Description – Full-Time Regular

Position responsibilities include supervising and assisting in the management of the following department operations; Woody’s Bar & Grill, Bingo Concessions and Dancing Waters Lounge.

A high school education or equivalent is required. A minimum of two years supervisory experience in a high volume, full service, quality food and beverage environment is required. Prior customer service and cash handling experience is required.

Applicants must posses a bartending license and a ServSafe certificate or have the ability to obtain these and attend responsible beverage service class within 90 days of hire date. Eligible applicant must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, delegation, problem solving and management skills. Must be able to manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with diplomacy and tact and maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations as necessary. Experience with PC’s and related software is preferred.

Job Description – Full-Time Regular

Position responsibilities of this position is to perform a variety of surveillance activities to assist in ensuring the safety and well being of guests, associates and lake of the Torches Resort Casino properties

A High School education or equivalent is required. A minimum of two years prior experience working in a gaming environment and prior experience in a surveillance, table games, or security position is highly desirable.

Maintenance Engineer

Job Description – Full-Time Regular

Position responsibilities consist of performing a variety of maintenance activities related to the preservation of the property. This would include daily preventive activities and repairs; ensuring effective operation of property equipment along with carpentry and remodeling projects.

A high school education or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of experience in a construction or maintenance environment is required. Prior experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and vehicle and small engine maintenance is preferred. Applicant must possess a valid, insurable Wisconsin driver’s license. Plowing/snow removal, CDL operator license and CPO training preferred.

Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with diplomacy and tact and maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations as necessary.

Applicant will be required to work the first 45-90 days on a variety of day and swing shifts (including weekends). After initial training, applicant will be required to cover a variation of weekday and weekend day and swing shifts.  Starting rate is $11 to $15 per hour based on experience.

Job Description: Full Time Regular

The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise each bingo session which includes but not limited to; supervision of bingo staff, bingo floor activities in regard to promotions, ensuring compliance with internal controls and standard, the resolution of any gaming disputes following established policies and procedures.

A high school education or equivalent plus a minimum of two years supervisory experience in gaming environment with an emphasis in a customer focused environment is required.

Experience with PC’s and related software is preferred. Starting rate is $13.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience.
