Lac du Flambeau, Wis. – You won’t want to miss a moment of the edge-of-your-seat mixed martial arts action with King of the Cage “Extreme Measures” on Saturday, April 18 at Lake of the Torches Resort Casino, northern Wisconsin’s premier destination for entertainment.
The action-packed fight card will be headlined by an unforgettable main event with Lac du Flambeau’s Frank “Nightmare” Schuman battling Bill “The Shark” Finn of Madison, Wis., in the 170 lb. Welterweight division. Schuman, who has practiced mixed martial arts since he was five with lessons at the Lac du Flambeau Youth Center, has fought in numerous events at Lake of the Torches and at other events throughout the country. He has previously won a professional contract with King of the Cage. Schuman currently trains with the Leadership Academy in Woodruff, Wis.
The co-main event will feature a 110 lb. Catchweight division matchup between Kyra Batara of Henderson, Nev., facing Raquel Magdaleno of Milwaukee, Wis. Batara trains with UFC Gym Anthem and Magdaleno trains with Roufusport MMA.
In the featured bout, Missy Pontbriand from Iron Mountain, Mich., will go up against Miranda Dearing from Brighton, Mich., in the 145 lb. Featherweight Division. A complete fight card will be available closer to the date of the event.
King of the Cage “Extreme Measures” will be broadcast throughout the country on a later date on MAVTV (214 Direct TV, 248 Dish Network).
