P.E.R.K.S.  is our interactive player kiosk system at which Club Advantage members can enter our promotions, check the status of their Club account, and access other features, merely with a quick swipe of their Club Card. P.E.R.K.S. kiosks are very easy to navigate – with just a few touches of the screen you’ll be on your way to winning! Kiosks are located on our gaming floor near the Main Entrance, Eagle’s Nest Restaurant & the hotel Front Desk.

Club Advantage members and guests can visit our Winning Spirit Cove for a large selection of Lake of the Torches Resort Casino merchandise. Browse our inventory that includes coats, shirts, travel bags, coffee mugs or other merchandise. It’s perfect for bringing home a memento of your stay or an item for everyday use. Items can be purchased using Club points, comp dollars or credit card. The Winning Spirit Cove is located next to Club Advantage and is open daily 9AM – 10PM.

Lake of the Torches is committed to providing an exceptional experience to our guests and our valued Premier players. Our full-service Host team can assist our valued players with reserving their Hotel room, obtaining entertainment show tickets, along with other special services. Our Premier members also have access to our Premier player lounge located right off the casino floor.

• All players must be at least 21 years old.

• Qualifying earned point accumulation for all Club card levels is based on rolling calendar year.

• It is the players’ responsibility to ensure card acceptance in the card readers.

• Valid government issued photo ID is required for all transactions at Club Advantage and Guest Services.

• Lost Club Advantage cards may be replaced with a valid photo ID.

• Club Advantage accounts and cards are non-transferable.

• Card usage is only permitted by person whose name appears on card.

• Points and Comp Dollars are non-transferable and have no cash value.

• Points displayed on card readers may not indicate accurate current activity, please see Club Advantage for point total.

• Membership will remain active for up to 14 months from last date of play. Lake of the Torches will archive any account on the 25th day of the 15th month of no activity.

• Reactivation of membership from archived and non-active accounts will be restored at a zero point balance.

• Member’s use of the Club Advantage card indicates acceptance of Club Advantage policies set forth by Lake of the Torches Management.
