LAKE OF THE TORCHES RESORT CASINO TO EXTEND TEMPORARY CLOSURE TO THE PUBLIC

Lake of the Torches Resort Casino will extend our closure to the public with a targeted plan to reopen on Friday, April 24, 2020 at noon.

We continue to monitor the situation and will keep our Facebook and website updated with any potential changes. All staff will continue to receive compensation and benefits during this closed to the public time frame.

Implemented Safety Precautions
The property will undergo deep cleaning procedures during the temporary closure to the public.
Lake of the Torches is scheduled to reopen on Friday, April 24 at noon. Please visit the website for any updates.

Entertainment & Events Cancellations/Postponements
The Jefferson Starship show is rescheduled for Friday, August 28, 2020. All tickets for the original show date will be honored at the rescheduled date.

Hotel
How do I cancel my upcoming reservation?
Call 1-888-599-9200 for information. We will automatically cancel all reservations through April 23.

Can I receive my same rate as I booked my previous reservation?
Booking rates depend on the availability and occupancy of the new date.

Slots, Table Games, Bingo & Promotions
Can I cash in my TITO tickets when Lake of the Torches reopens?

Unexpired TITO tickets will remain valid, and can be redeemed or used for play. TITO tickets that expired during the closure period will be redeemable at a cashier window once the casino reopens.

Promotions
Promotions will be rescheduled based on the reopen date. Please visit the Promotions page on our website for any updates.

Will the casino closure affect my Club status?
No. Tier levels will be evaluated with the closure taken into account.

Will I still receive Torch Talk and other promotional mailings?
The closure will not affect mailing dates. The Postal Service delays or closures might affect delivery, but we cannot take any steps to avoid that at this time. Please contact your local Post Office with any questions or concerns.
