What are your hours of operation?
Lake of the Torches is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do I need a reservation to dine in the Eagle's Nest Restaurant?
The Eagle's Nest Restaurant takes guests on a first come, first serve basis. If you will be dining with a group of 12 or more, we request advance notice so that we can attempt to accommodate your dining party. However, we do not guarantee that we will be able to create a single dining setting for large groups.
What do I do if I lost or misplaced an item on the gaming floor?
If you are missing an item, please contact a Security Officer. Or, call or visit the Lake Club, who will contact our Security Office to inquire about your item(s).
Note: Lost & found items will be held for 30 days then donated to charity.
Do you have wheelchairs available for guests?
Wheelchairs are available at the Lake Club, with a small refundable monetary deposit.
How do I get a Win/Loss Statement?
You can visit the Lake Club and request a Win/Loss statement in person, or call 1-800-25-TORCH and request a Win/Loss statement that will be sent to you via USPS. You can also click here to submit an electronic request form.
Does Lake of the Torches have a campground?
Lake of the Torches does not have an onsite campground facility. However, the Lac du Flambeau Tribal Campground is located just over a mile down Highway 47 on the shores of beautiful Flambeau Lake. For more information or to reserve a campsite, call 715-588-4211.
I forgot to cash my TITO ticket out before leaving. Can I mail it in to get reimbursed for the amount on the ticket?
Gaming regulations and casino policies do not allow for TITO ticket redemption through the mail. Tickets are valid for 60 days and can be redeemed at any point during that time. We recommend that guests check their personal belongings before they leave to ensure all tickets are cashed out if they are not planning to return within the 60-day time frame.
Where can I park my snowmobile and where can I store my winter gear while visiting the casino?
Snowmobile parking is available in the designated lot located directly across Highway 47 from the casino. For safety reasons, we request that snowmobiles are not driven or parked in the casino or hotel parking lots. A limited amount of outer gear and helmets can be checked in and stored at the Lake Club at the front entrance of the casino.
How old do I have to be to gamble at Lake of the Torches?
All guests must be at least 21 years old to gamble at Lake of the Torches.
How old do I have to be to attend entertainment shows in the Hall of Nations Convention Center?
Guests must be at least 18 years old and children are not allowed into events unless otherwise noted.
What time is check in/check out at the hotel?
Check in starts at 4pm and check out must be completed by 11AM.Â
Does Lake of the Torches provide check cashing?
Check cashing is available 24-hours a day at both Cash Ops cashier windows located on the gaming floor in the casino.
What ages are welcomed at the Eagle’s Nest Restaurant and the dining area of Woody’s Bar & Grill?
Children 17 and under are welcomed at both dining venues. However, children must be accompanied by an adult and escorted with a Security Guard across the gaming floor to reach Woody’s Bar & Grill.
Do you have a rewards program?
Guests are encouraged to sign up for our Lake Club program which allows Club members numerous ways to earn points and receive rewards throughout the property. With the program, more the more offers and benefits you’ll receive as the more you play. Plus, you’ll be able to redeem points for free slot play!
Can I buy a gift certificate for Lake of the Torches?
Gift certificates can be purchased at the Lake Club. Please call 1-800-25-TORCH.
