Lake of the Torches Resort Casino Officially Welcomed Into the Manitowish Waters Chamber of Commerce

Ambassadors from the Manitowish Waters Chamber of Commerce welcomed Lake of the Torches Resort Casino as the newest member of the chamber during a ceremony on Thursday, April 25, at the casino.

Lake of the Torches Resort Casino recently joined the chamber that has 140 members, including non-profit groups, in the Manitowish Waters Area. “We are very proud to welcome Lake of the Torches Resort Casino into our chamber. We are a very diverse organization committed to enhancing the economic outlook of Manitowish Waters and the surrounding area,” said Chamber President Dave Karaffa.

The resort casino is a member of several Chambers of Commerce in the Northwoods area. Membership in these organizations allows Lake of the Torches to partner with these communities in attracting new and returning visitors to the area and to promote the wide variety of attractions and amenities available to tourists who come to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of northern Wisconsin.

“We are excited to become part of the Manitowish Waters Chamber of Commerce and look forward to working together with fellow chamber members in ensuring the Northwoods of Wisconsin remains one of the premier tourism destinations in the Upper Midwest,” said Lake of the Torches Resort Casino’s Director of Marketing Leana Schlecht.
