Lake of the Torches Voted Number One in Customer Service Among Wisconsin Casinos

Guests selected Lake of the Torches Resort Casino as first in customer service among gaming properties in Wisconsin, according to the latest Readers’ Choice Awards published by Midwest Gaming and Travel.

The magazine, the leading source for information about casino gaming and hospitality in in America’s heartland, published the results of its annual Readers’ Choice Awards in its May/June 2017 issue. In addition to receiving top place in customer service, readers also voted Lake of the Torches second place for its hotel rooms and third place for its pool area. Midwest Gaming and Travel has conducted and published the Readers’ Choice Awards since 2001.
